Question:Can we put it together ourselves or does it require a professional ?

Answer:

I am 67 years old and I assemble it myself. The only difficult part is taking it out of the box(have the delivery man help you) and putting the hydraulic lift bar. I had to cut the side of the box and slide it out, for the lift bar I lift the treadmill into position and use a broom stick jam in between the handle bar to hold it in position, so I can installed the easy lift.

Question: Has anyone bought this bike for their apartment. I live on the third floor and we are are worried about the noise and vibration it will make?

Answer:

I live on a top floor and it does t make any extra noise or anything. I have the bike on a exercise mat and it’s very stable.

Answer:

I had it on carpet. It worked fine but shocked me quite a bit . I got a $30 rubber runner off amazon and put it underneath and it eliminates the friction. Works great.
